Warehouses & fulfilment centres
Storage and sortation buildings planned around your racking, docks and truck movement, and handed over ready to operate.

Overview
A warehouse earns its money through flow: how fast goods come off a truck, get stored, get picked and leave again. We start there. The column grid, clear height, dock count and floor loading are set by your operation, then the structure is designed to suit.
Because the same team handles civil works, steel, cladding, electrical, fire and security systems and interiors, the packages are planned together. Slab levels match the dock levellers, lighting follows the racking aisles, and CCTV covers the docks from day one.

Questions
Can you design the warehouse as well as build it?
Yes. Structural design, layouts, estimates and 3D views are done before construction starts, so you approve the building and the cost up front.
How long does a warehouse take to build?
It depends on size, soil, approvals and how much fit-out is needed. Steel is fabricated off-site while foundations are built, which shortens the programme. You get a stage-wise schedule with the estimate.
Do you take projects outside the North-East?
Yes. We are headquartered in Guwahati and have delivered projects across India. Our teams mobilise to site wherever the work is.
