A mezzanine is often the fastest way to add floor area without a new building. We check the existing floor and structure, design the mezzanine for its loads, whether that is storage, picking or offices, and install it with minimal disruption to operations.
Beyond mezzanines, we build canopies over docks, walkways, platforms, staircases and structural frames for new and existing buildings.

Questions
Can you install a mezzanine while the warehouse is operating?
Yes. We phase the work and fence off the area so operations continue around it.
Do you check whether the existing floor can take the load?
Yes. The floor slab and foundations are checked as part of the design, and strengthened if needed.
Do you take projects outside the North-East?
Yes. We are headquartered in Guwahati and have delivered projects across India. Our teams mobilise to site wherever the work is.
