Overview
A warehouse needs places for people as well as goods: an office for the site manager, a control room, a security cabin at the gate, rest areas and washrooms for shift staff.
We build these as part of the turnkey package, often on a mezzanine or in a corner of the building, with their own lighting, AC and plumbing coordinated with the main build.

Yes. An office mezzanine keeps the ground floor free for storage and gives a view over operations.
