Dark stores live or die on speed: speed of setup, and speed of every order after that. Most are built inside leased premises, so the work is as much about surveying and adapting an existing building as building new.
We survey the space, plan civil changes around the landlord’s conditions, upgrade power and lighting, and fit out picking zones, staff areas and security, so the store can go live on the date your launch plan needs.

Can you work inside a rented building?
Yes. Most dark stores are in leased premises. We plan the work around what the landlord allows and keep structural changes to what is needed.
Can you roll out several stores at once?
Yes. With one design standard, we can run multiple sites in parallel so each store opens to the same specification.
Do you take projects outside the North-East?
