Pre-engineered buildings (PEB)
Steel buildings designed for your span, wind and seismic loads, fabricated off-site and bolted together on site.

Overview
A pre-engineered building uses tapered steel frames sized exactly for the loads they carry. That means less steel than a conventional structure, quick erection, and wide clear spans with no internal columns in the way.
We design the frame for the site’s conditions, including the high seismic zone and heavy monsoon rain of the North-East, then coordinate fabrication, foundations and erection so steel arrives as the foundations are ready.

Questions
Is a PEB cheaper than a conventional steel building?
Usually, for large spans. Frames are sized to their loads, so less steel is used, and erection is faster. We can price both options for your site.
Can a PEB be extended later?
Yes. If you expect to grow, we design an end wall that can be removed and extended with more bays.
Do you take projects outside the North-East?
Yes. We are headquartered in Guwahati and have delivered projects across India. Our teams mobilise to site wherever the work is.
