Geotechnical works
Understanding the ground before building on it, so foundations are safe and not over-designed.

Overview
Soil in the North-East varies sharply from site to site: river silt, hill slopes, filled ground. Building without knowing what is underneath risks settlement, or a foundation far heavier and costlier than needed.
We investigate and test the soil, and the results feed directly into the foundation design.

Questions
Is soil investigation necessary for a warehouse?
For any heavy floor or tall structure, yes. It is a small cost compared with the risk of settlement or an over-designed foundation.
Do you take projects outside the North-East?
Yes. We are headquartered in Guwahati and have delivered projects across India. Our teams mobilise to site wherever the work is.
